Cris Zimmermann

Cris Zimmermann is the founder of Kirche in Aktion. He is an entrepreneur, investor, pastor and lawyer and holds a B.A and M.A in Law from Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt, Germany, as well as an M.A. in Theology from Northwest Nazarene University. Cris is also the owner and founder of various property management and consulting companies. Cris has spoken at leadership conferences around the globe on the subjects of entrepreneurship, finance, missions and Urban ministry as well as organizational development. Cris enjoys reading, learning new languages, art, and history. He has been married for 21 years to Andrea; they have three sons (17, 15 and 12 years) who they also call the "German mafia".

Philip Zimmermann

Philip Zimmerman is the founder of Kirche in Aktion and director of Church in Action. Born in Frankfurt, Germany, Philip is known for strategic thinking and creative problem solving. He is a social entrepreneur, pastor and church planter who has started and led many churches, non-profits, and businesses. Philip received a Bachelor of Arts in Religion from European Nazarene College, a Masters of Arts in Spiritual Formation from Northwest Nazarene University, a Doctorate of Strategic Leadership from Regent University, and is an ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene. He is the author of the book “Der Leadership-Kompass.”

Nathan Roskam

Nathan Roskam is an ordained Elder in the Church of the Nazarene and is currently Lead Pastor at Lakeview Church of the Nazarene in Nampa, Idaho. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Communication and a Masters in Spiritual Formation from Northwest Nazarene University, and a Doctor of Ministry degree from Portland Seminary. Nathan serves in several roles with the Intermountain District Church of the Nazarene and is involved in a variety of community ministry/service initiatives, including helping with the recent work of the Idaho Alliance for Ukrainian Refugees and Immigrants. Nathan and his wife Melissa own/operate a small property management LLC and are advocates for affordable housing in the area. They have been married for 21 years and have two children, Addyson and Stephen.

Randall Peterman

Randall Peterman is a lawyer and partner with Givens Pursley law firm in Boise, Idaho specializing in bankruptcy, loan workouts, commercial litigation, lender liability defense, and agricultural lending. Mr. Peterman has extensive experience in representing commercial lenders and leasing companies, banks, and other financial institutions in bankruptcy and complex credit transactions. Mr. Peterman is also outside general counsel for Northwest Nazarene University in Nampa, Idaho and serves the school as an adjunct professor (teaching business ethics for the MBA program). In 2008, he was honored as the Alumni of the Year Professional Achievement by his alma mater, Northwest Nazarene University.
